About Alan:
I’ve always been interested in what makes us who we are. From my very first conscious encounter with the ‘possibility of something more’ at age 16 when my Grandfather died of cancer, I have been taking the road less traveled in search for understanding, empowerment and fulfillment, recognizing the freedom I found along the way.
I have personally experienced the seamless ease of transformation possible with HeartMath; moving from depression into a state of allowance, acceptance, compassion and forgiveness, and more importantly, moving forward with joy. And now it’s time to give something back.
HeartMath’s non-invasive protocol is my main source of therapeutic approach, but I have many more tools cultivated over the years to call upon. Amongst others, these therapies include being:
- a PNI (Psycho-Neuro-Immunology) counselor
- a Hypnotherapist
- a life coach & NLP practitioner
- a massage therapist
- a reiki master and teacher
My belief is that technology is finally providing accessible guidance to a better and a more healthy lifestyle, wherein our actions can be measured, results seen, and outcomes changed.
I’ve been fortunate to have traveled to and receive my training at HeartMath in Boulder Creek, California, and now teach and train others in the HeartMath system, from personal empowerment to 1:1 Providers, group trainers and corporate training.
